Andrews strata management career commenced in 2003 where he immediately realised there was a need for a more professional and consultative approach to strata management in the region. His background as a trust fund accountant was applied to the financial aspects of managing strata schemes and new enthusiasm was brought into the strata community in the region. His superior skills, ability and work ethic soon became apparent with a constant stream of new clients seeking his specialised services to the strata community. Anyone who has met Andrew will quickly realise that his calm demeanour, in depth knowledge of the strata legislation and meticulous planning and attention to detail has ensured that his clients are always kept abreast of the changing requirements of the strata industry.

Andrew currently manages some of the largest strata schemes in New South Wales along with many well known resorts along the coast. Word of mouth endorsements have become commonplace which has resulted in his management portfolio extending to the popular tourist area around Tweed Heads down to prestigious strata complexes in Sydney.

Andrew is a highly driven individual who has achieved success in all areas of his life. In his formative years in the sporting arena Andrew represented New South Wales and Australian Schoolboys in Cross Country running and went on to place 4th in the Australian National Marathon Championships in 2004. On the educational front, Andrew achieved a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University Of Sydney. After leaving university in the nineties Andrew worked for Colonial First State Funds Management before relocating to London to take up a role with BNP Paribas as a trust fund accountant before finally returning home with his young family to take up the reins at Strata Professionals in 2003.

My experience with Strata Plans, Community Associations and extensive industry knowledge, in particular legislative requirements, has been obtained during the past 15 years of experience in the property industry. My ability to communicate is key to developing and maintaining the strong professional relationships with all stakeholders. In 2001 first commenced working in the industry, began with Strata Professionals in 2007.

I obtained my Strata license in 2008. I have since, gained extensive knowledge of the Act and management practices, to ensure top level service is provided. I also possess strong working relationships with Owners Corporations, contractors and real estate agents in the region.

Spending time with my nieces, would like to travel more often, reading & cooking.

I have been involved in property maintenance and management since 2000, where I was employed by Alliance Network International to manage a large contract with the NSW Department of Housing to carry out maintenance and property upgrades. This covered over 12,000 properties within the Central Western Region and an employee/contractor portfolio of over 50 team members. Since then I have worked in property management and sales, only leaving employment when leaving towns!
